Bobbi Block Joins Impro Melbourne for MAESTRO!, 2/24

Joining Impro Melbourne this week-24 February-for one show only is international improviser, Bobbi Block. The founder and Producing Artistic Director of Philadelphia's critically acclaimed spontaneous theatre company, Tongue & Groove, Block has also held the role of Artistic Director of Barrymore Award-winning group, ComedySportz Philadelphia. A developer of the 'Actors Improv' style of improvisation, Block brings boundless energy and extensive experience to each and every show.

Performing every Sunday from 17th February to 24th March, at The Space, Prahran, Impro Melbourne is proud to present the return season of Maestro. Catch the finest in competitive impro as performers swarm the stage to vie for your approval and a chance to be crowned the match's Maestro.

Pulling numbers from a hat, directors call players onto the stage and set up scenes, stories and characters from audience suggestions. Then the audience score the scene, with each player gaining individual points in an attempt to climb the scoreboard. But there can be only one!
