Blackwood Players to Perform CRAZY CAPERS, DODGY DEALS, 5/18-6/2

The Blackwood Players are set to perform the comedy of errors CRAZY CAPERS, DODGY DEALS from May 18 - June 2. The performance will be held at Blackwood 21. It’s 1971 and Frankie ‘the fuller’ Fingers and John ‘Duggs’ McGee have plans to make it rich by robbing a bank. Unbeknownst to Frankie and Duggs, the one weekend that they plan this amazing heist just happens to be on the same weekend as their high school reunion and in the same hotel that all their old classmates are staying in.

It’s been 6 years since Barrington Green’s class of ‘65 have seen one another and their high school reunion pulls them all together again at The Grand Hotel.

During this time, Tony has completed his law degree and is just about to start working as a lawyer; at least that’s what his fiancée Veronica has planned. However his high school sweet heart, Karen, has got him questioning if that’s the life he really wants. Vince, who has always come in second best to Tony, is still trying to find a way to be bigger and better than his old school rival. The high school gossips, Janet and Jane, are still best of friends and are on the hunt for men, while Pearl and Dean are still hippies, out hugging the trees.
